What the Civic Special covers

The Honda Civic Special is our dedicated landing place for every BC Racing fitment that fits a Civic chassis. Across all generations, all trim levels, all variants. EG hatchback through current FL Type R. The full BC Racing series lineup is represented where Civic fitments exist.

Generation-by-generation Civic on BC Racing

EG (1992-1995) and EK (1996-2000). The vintage Civic chassis that built much of the modern tuner culture. Light, simple, endlessly modified. BC Racing BR Series fitments at 6k/5k or 8k/6k street rates work well for daily-driven examples. K-swapped builds run the same BR Series with no fitment change.

EM2 (Civic Si, 2002-2005) and EP3 (Civic Si hatchback, 2002-2005). The K-series Civic Si generation that brought serious performance to the Civic line. BR Series at 8k/6k typical. The chassis benefits from front camber plates.

FA/FG (Civic Si, 2006-2011). The sedan and coupe Si generation. BR Series at 10k/8k typical street setup.

FB (Civic Si, 2012-2015). Refined sedan Si chassis. BR Series at 10k/8k.

FK (Civic, 2016-2021). The chassis that brought the Civic Type R back to North America. FK7 Civic Si and FK8 Civic Type R both run BR Series widely. The FK8 Type R steps up to ER Series for serious track use.

FL (Civic, 2022+). Current generation Civic Si and Type R. FL5 Civic Type R buyers running track-day rotations step up to the ER Series often. 10k/10k or 12k/10k typical for street-and-track FL5 setups.
